What you will do

• Own the end-to-end experience of iOS and Android apps, guiding the adaptation of desktop features to mobile
• Pair closely with mobile engineers and product leads to execute projects without hand-offs
• Redesign and refine key screens, flows, and resolve smaller quality "paper cuts"
• Create mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to communicate ideas
• Guide fellow designers through collaborative critique across mobile and desktop platforms
• Contribute to and improve the company's lightweight design system

Requirements

• 5+ years experience designing software, with a mobile-specific emphasis
• Must be based in North America
• Experience with prototyping directly in code or using tools like Figma or Origami
• Ability to distill complex problems and feedback into clear, focused design solutions
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for an async-first environment
