What you will do

• Conduct regular customer research and usability testing to deeply understand user needs and goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to design and deliver new features.
• Partner closely with engineers from ideation to shipping to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Evolve and maintain the design system to create a consistent and scalable design language.
• Contribute to the design team culture and participate in cross-product challenges.

Requirements

• Strong visual and interaction design skills with a background in graphic or digital design.
• Experience in the full product design process: discovery, research, UX, and visual design.
• Ability to prototype concepts quickly to iterate on ideas.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high quality bar for pixel-perfect consistency.
• Pragmatic mindset comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Sydney office (Hybrid, 4 days/week).
• Thoughtful and pragmatic integration of AI tools into daily professional workflow.
