What you will do

• Lead the Marketing Design team across limited editions, brand campaigns, social, lifecycle, and promotional creative.
• Set the creative direction across brand storytelling and growth-led marketing work.
• Lead two senior designer/art directors directly and guide a wider team of creative makers.
• Direct campaigns from concept and packaging development through full rollout and launch.
• Coach designers through complex briefs, creative challenges, and professional development.
• Contribute hands-on during major campaign moments while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Experience leading both brand storytelling and growth-oriented creative, or strong leadership experience in one area with genuine curiosity about the other.
• Ability to adapt creative thinking, pace, and leadership style across brand and performance work.
• Strong self-motivation, organisation, proactivity, and ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
• Creative ambition and the ability to take ideas through to completion in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience coaching and developing senior designers or art directors.
• Ability to work remotely from Australia.
