What you will do
- Set and evolve the visual identity and creative direction across all customer touchpoints to ensure a trusted brand experience.
- Lead, mentor, and develop designers, contractors, and agency partners as a player-coach.
- Partner with Marketing to execute high-performing creative for paid, organic, lifecycle, email, and social channels.
- Establish scalable creative workflows, production systems, and quality standards to enable speed and quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, Legal, and Operations.
- Analyze performance metrics and customer insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and creative output.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading brand, marketing, or creative organizations.
- 3+ years of experience managing creative teams.
- Proven ability to balance exceptional brand storytelling with performance marketing that delivers measurable results.
- Fluency in incorporating AI tools into creative workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
- Experience building scalable creative operations using systems and repeatable processes.
- US-based residency required (based on 401k and FSA benefit eligibility).
