What you will do

  • Set and evolve the visual identity and creative direction across all customer touchpoints to ensure a trusted brand experience.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop designers, contractors, and agency partners as a player-coach.
  • Partner with Marketing to execute high-performing creative for paid, organic, lifecycle, email, and social channels.
  • Establish scalable creative workflows, production systems, and quality standards to enable speed and quality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, Legal, and Operations.
  • Analyze performance metrics and customer insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and creative output.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading brand, marketing, or creative organizations.
  • 3+ years of experience managing creative teams.
  • Proven ability to balance exceptional brand storytelling with performance marketing that delivers measurable results.
  • Fluency in incorporating AI tools into creative workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Experience building scalable creative operations using systems and repeatable processes.
  • US-based residency required (based on 401k and FSA benefit eligibility).
