Location: Hybrid in Sydney or Melbourne (2-3 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Implement media plans and activations across various touchpoints.
  • Advise clients on best-in-class media channels and approaches.
  • Translate client communication plans into actionable media strategies.
  • Manage and optimize client budgets.
  • Supervise team workflow, managing and upskilling a team of two specialists in biddable media.
  • Lead client meetings and present strategies to multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in media implementation and activation, specifically with Social and Programmatic focus.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Sydney or Melbourne.
  • Experience leading client meetings and presenting to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mentality and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exposure to beverage brands is considered a plus.
