What you will do

• Provide technical expertise for the die bonding machine portfolio across pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations, application trials, process optimization sessions, and customer training.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues remotely and on-site.
• Collaborate with R&D to provide market-driven feedback on product features, performance, and usability.
• Prepare technical documentation, application notes, and competitive analysis reports.
• Work with sales, engineering, and service teams to identify customer needs and develop technical solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment, precision automation, or related manufacturing technology.
• Strong knowledge of die bonding processes, materials, and equipment operation.
• Hands-on experience with motion control systems, vision alignment, and process optimization.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to liaise effectively with business clients in Hong Kong and China; Mandarin and/or Cantonese proficiency is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
• Experience supporting customers across international markets.
