What you will do

• Develop functional hardware architectures based on system and product requirements.
• Perform schematic design and capture for high-quality, manufacturable boards.
• Guide PCB placement and layout to meet performance, signal integrity, and cost targets.
• Select and manage Bill of Materials (BoM), balancing performance and availability.
• Conduct hardware simulations (SI, PI, EM) and support prototype bring-up and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide design expertise to application teams.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in board design and development.
• Strong expertise in schematic capture tools and PCB design flow (Cadence preferred).
• Familiarity with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT).
• Valid visa and work permit to work in Romania.
