What you will do

• Digitalize and organize quality management documentation and records based on hirify.global central directives.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of digital tools for QMS, specifically the HcP Process Compass.
• Organize QMM events, including team building and celebratory events.
• Follow up on Q-method topics such as internal and external audits and QMS KPI updates.
• Coordinate workshops for projects like Q-mindset and Preventive Quality.

Requirements

• Final year student majoring in Industrial Management, Quality Management, Economy, or related fields.
• English: Good proficiency in reading, writing, and communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Dong Nai, Vietnam.

Nice to have

• Design or video making skills.
• Familiarity with digital documentation solutions.
