What you will do

• Review property information, transaction details, financial data, deal structures, and potential investment risks.
• Track opportunities from lead through closing, including statuses, deadlines, follow-ups, and closing milestones.
• Coordinate communication and meetings with buyers, sellers, agents, title companies, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, property information, transaction documentation, reports, and next actions.
• Provide leadership with pipeline updates, deal summaries, risk flags, bottleneck alerts, and outstanding follow-ups.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements to transaction tracking and communication.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate operations, acquisitions, transaction coordination, deal management, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and follow-through skills.
• Experience managing multiple active deals or projects simultaneously.
• Experience using CRM systems and strong proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the Philippines or Vietnam for 30+ hours per week during U.S. business hours. Reliable internet connection and independent work style are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, acquisitions, dispositions, or transaction coordination.
• Familiarity with U.S. real estate transactions and terminology.
• Experience with Podio, Follow Up Boss, REI BlackBook, or similar real estate CRM platforms.
• Experience supporting high-volume real estate investment pipelines.
