What you will do

• Support the APJ sales team in structuring pricing and issuing accurate quotations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Legal teams to build and approve deal structures.
• Manage the CPQ process to ensure timely document generation for customers and partners.
• Monitor discount levels and payment terms to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Perform post-close audit reviews to verify SKU and support information accuracy.
• Identify and escalate pricing exceptions while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be a fluent Japanese speaker
• Experience with CRM databases, specifically Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe DC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
