What you will do

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through client workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Design and implement business solutions using Arch Enterprise.
• Collaborate with clients, IT teams, developers, and management to deliver solutions.
• Facilitate solution testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance.
• Manage implementation projects and support change management initiatives.
• Deliver client training and ongoing support while identifying process optimisation opportunities.

Requirements

• Grade 12 / N3 qualification.
• IT degree or diploma with 3 years of experience, or 5 years of relevant technical experience.
• Retail industry experience and experience gathering requirements and designing business solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, training, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, with knowledge of software development and project management principles.
• Valid South African ID, passport, driver's licence, clean criminal record, and reliable remote-work setup required.

Nice to have

• SQL knowledge.
