What you will do

• Manage inbound lead channels and support loan officers with lead qualification and assignment.
• Assist borrowers and brokers with application completion and document collection.
• Monitor pipeline activity to identify stalled files and improve lead-to-application conversion.
• Track and report on KPIs, including lead flow and turn times, to recommend efficiency improvements.
• Troubleshoot LendingWise and other technology issues for internal and external users.
• Support system configuration, testing, and implementation of operational changes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending, sales operations, or loan processing.
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience with the LendingWise platform.
• Knowledge of Business Purpose Lending products (Fix-and-Flip, Bridge, Rental, etc.).
• Experience with Salesforce.
