What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across multiple departments and job levels.
• Partner with hiring managers on job descriptions, candidate profiles, hiring strategies, and interview decisions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and referrals.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, facilitate debriefs, and provide hiring recommendations.
• Build talent pipelines, track recruiting metrics, and improve sourcing and candidate experience processes.
• Maintain ATS records, prepare offers, support compliance, and coordinate onboarding activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple departments and job levels.
• Experience with an ATS and strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings, collaborate with organizational leaders, and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

• Recruiting experience in a marketing, advertising, digital, or creative agency.
• Experience recruiting remote employees.
• Knowledge of employment laws.
