What you will do

• Research biotech companies and markets to identify and qualify target customers.
• Build relationships with prospective customers, partners, and consultants through proactive outreach.
• Manage inbound marketing leads and convert qualified prospects into sales-ready opportunities.
• Collaborate with Technical Sales, Commercial Development, Licensing, and Business Development teams to align customer needs with hirify.global’s offerings.
• Support industry conferences, exhibitions, events, booth activities, and customer engagement.
• Maintain prospecting, interaction, and pipeline records in CRM systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, such as Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences, or equivalent industry experience.
• 2–3+ years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or commercial roles within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or CDMO.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Knowledge of the drug development lifecycle and pharmaceutical industry, or the ability to quickly develop expertise in complex scientific and technical areas.
• Experience using CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce.
• Ability to work remotely from the UK and travel up to 50% across EMEA.
