Salary: ₱60,000–₱67,000 per month

What you will do

• Plan, build, schedule, and deploy promotional email and SMS campaigns in Cordial and Attentive.
• Maintain promotional calendars aligned with products, seasonal trends, offers, audience segments, and business goals.
• Configure promotional offers and codes, audience segments, suppression lists, proofing, QA, render checks, and send parameters.
• Track KPIs, run A/B tests, interpret results, and identify campaign optimization opportunities.
• Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Coordinate with design and merchandising teams on creative quality, product positioning, and brand priorities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on email marketing experience, including campaign execution in an email service provider.
• Strong understanding of email and e-commerce metrics, including open rate, CTR, CTOR, bounce rate, unsubscribe rate, revenue, AOV, and conversion rate.
• Experience with audience segmentation, suppression logic, campaign automation, and analytics.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for light edits to existing email templates.
• Proficiency in Excel reporting, including tables, charts, and graphs.
• Ability to work remotely from the Philippines during 9:00 AM–6:00 PM US Pacific Time.
