Recruiter / Sourcer (iGaming)

I'm currently looking for two HR professionals to join a fast-growing international DTC brand: Recruiter / Sourcer and HR Manager.

🌍 Remote | Full-time | ASAP

1. Recruiter / Sourcer

We're looking for someone who can own high-volume hiring end-to-end across Creative, Growth, and Operations.

The ideal candidate:
• Has recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in tech, performance marketing, or iGaming.
• Is strong at outbound sourcing and knows how to proactively find and engage candidates, rather than relying on job postings.
• Can manage a high volume of hiring and move quickly without compromising execution.
• Takes full ownership, communicates fast, and doesn't need constant direction.
• Has fluent English and can confidently conduct interviews independently.

2. HR Manager

We're looking for a hands-on HR professional to own core HR operations and manage the employee lifecycle as the company continues to grow.

Key experience we're looking for:
• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end.
• Handling HR administration, employee access, and permissions.
• Supporting performance tracking and evaluation processes.
• Working with HRIS platforms, automations, and modern HR tools.
• Practical experience using AI tools to automate HR workflows, improve processes, and increase operational efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to build structure without unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Fluent in English and experience working with international or remote teams.
