Specialized Talent Sourcer

Location: Remote, Manila, Philippines; working hours are 8 pm–5 am Manila time.

What you will do

• Review and post job advertisements, process applications, and identify candidates through job boards, professional networking sites, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Contact prospective candidates, build relationships, communicate job information, and present opportunities in an attractive and compelling way.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, suitability, and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems and support recruiters with sourcing-related administrative tasks.
• Monitor industry trends, talent communities, competitive landscapes, sourcing metrics, and service levels to maintain effective talent pipelines.
• Coordinate feedback, improve recruitment processes, support inclusive sourcing, and help ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent administration required.
• Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training within the first 90 days required.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools required.
• Proficiency in sourcing methods, including basic Boolean search, required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, organizational, attention-to-detail, and accuracy skills.
• Professional demeanour when representing the company to potential candidates.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Experience conducting preliminary candidate assessments by phone or video interview.
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience.
