What you will do

• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns for priority industries in Colombia, from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement.
• Localize global campaigns and messaging for Colombian buyers and share market, competitive, and regulatory insights with global teams.
• Execute programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, partner and customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound.
• Partner with local sales and global product marketing, growth, and design teams to deliver consistent, high-impact campaigns.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance, using data and experimentation to improve results.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Experience building and scaling B2B demand-generation programs that produced measurable enterprise pipeline.
• End-to-end ownership of growth and marketing projects, including accountability for ROI.
• Deep knowledge of the Colombian market, including enterprise buyers, media, and business culture.
• Ability to work independently across multiple marketing functions in a fast-moving environment.
• Curiosity about AI and strong judgment regarding high-quality, differentiated marketing.
