What you will do

• Design, build, test, certify, and ship autonomy components across perception, planning, control, and learning.
• Take robotics features from initial concept and prototyping through production deployment on real hardware.
• Contribute across the autonomy stack while providing deep expertise in at least one robotics domain.
• Deploy and validate software in simulation, on vehicles, and at real customer sites.
• Own end-to-end components and collaborate in small, outcome-focused engineering pods.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related engineering experience.
• Strong robotics generalist skills with expertise in at least one of AI, motion planning, perception, controls, or SLAM.
• Production-quality C++ and Python programming skills.
• Experience with ROS or a similar framework in real robotics systems.
• Full-lifecycle product experience, including deployment from prototype to production hardware.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Irving, Texas; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with field robotics or autonomous vehicles, including off-road systems.
• Learning-based control or perception, foundation models, or VLA-style models.
• MLOps and ML training infrastructure experience.
