Senior Security Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. The role may be performed remotely, in-office, or in a hybrid setup within the country of employment. Work authorization without sponsorship is required, and travel to the corporate headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other North American offices may be required.

Salary: CAD 160,000–190,000 annual base compensation, with a variable component in most U.S. and Canadian locations.

What you will do

• Design, implement, improve, and operationalize security controls across the enterprise.
• Lead security initiatives spanning identity and access management, endpoint, network, cloud, and data security.
• Improve vulnerability and exposure management, logging, detection, and response capabilities.
• Assess existing controls, identify gaps, and recommend practical, risk-based improvements.
• Define security standards, architecture patterns, design decisions, and implementation guidance.
• Partner with infrastructure, IT, cloud, engineering, business, and security leadership to deliver scalable security outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience implementing, administering, and improving security controls.
• Broad and deep experience across multiple cybersecurity domains.
• Experience supporting security tools and controls in production, not only providing advice.
• Ability to combine tactical security engineering with higher-level architectural thinking.
• Experience with technical design, documentation, standards, or security best-practice development.
• Eligibility to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship is required.

• Experience in SaaS or complex enterprise environments.
