What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable designs, technical roadmaps, reference architectures, integration patterns, and data models.
• Architect integrations with ERP, HRIS, monitoring, CMDB, discovery, and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Drive CMDB design, CSDM alignment, Service Mapping, Discovery, Event Management, asset lifecycle workflows, normalization, reconciliation, and license compliance.
• Govern platform health, upgrades, technical debt reduction, security, data privacy, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow technical best practices.
• Provide technical leadership to developers, business analysts, and administrators while supporting client workshops, design reviews, pre-sales, estimation, RFP responses, and team mentoring.

Requirements

• 14+ years of total IT industry experience and 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM configuration, customization, governance, and enterprise architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Scripted REST APIs, UI Policies, Business Rules, ACLs, and performance tuning.
• Deep knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, data integrity management, and complex multi-domain implementations.
• Experience designing and governing AI-augmented workflows with ServiceNow AI capabilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, plus strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications including CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, CIS-HAM/SAM, CAD, CTA, or CIS-CMDB and CSDM.
