What you will do

• Lead project teams and complex programs deploying ServiceNow solutions.
• Architect, design, develop, and deploy enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead integration design sessions and ensure reliable connections with third-party tools.
• Facilitate client workshops, demonstrations, and working sessions as a process and technical expert.
• Mentor project resources, resolve escalations, document deliverables, and drive quality outcomes.
• Contribute to presales, thought leadership, solution scoping, and cross-practice initiatives.

Requirements

• Subject matter expertise in the ServiceNow platform, preferably in ITOM.
• Expert knowledge of at least two ServiceNow process areas and expert-level platform development skills.
• Deep expertise across multiple technologies and the ability to assess architectural trade-offs.
• Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools.
• Strong presentation, communication, project awareness, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% and work remotely from the United States.
