Salary: $158,492 - $184,536 (USA) / £77,499 - £93,814 (UK) annually

What you will do

• Set and own enterprise integration patterns and technical standards for platforms including D365, Workday, ServiceNow, Box, and M365.
• Manage the enterprise integration layer, ensuring patterns and tooling remain maintainable and observable.
• Lead and develop the integration, custom applications, Drupal, and Azure platform engineering teams.
• Establish enterprise architecture governance, defining principles and review processes for solution funding and approval.
• Coordinate architecture boundaries between AI initiatives, data engineering, and the core application portfolio.
• Manage the team budget and track spending against the organizational plan.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT, enterprise applications, or architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in enterprise integration patterns, API management, and multi-platform environment tooling.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise platforms such as D365 F&O, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Proven track record of establishing architecture governance and defining decision rights.
• Hands-on background in application development and integration delivery.
• Must be based in the USA or UK.

Nice to have

• Experience in the non-profit, international development, or humanitarian sector.
• Experience with API management platforms such as Azure APIM or Apigee.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, including Azure Service Bus or Kafka.
• Familiarity with serverless and microservices patterns and cloud-native tooling (Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
