What you will do

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions, specifically creating workflows, interfaces, and customizations.
• Lead architectural planning to ensure ServiceNow solutions align with corporate strategy and infrastructure.
• Design RESTful APIs to facilitate the decomposition of monolithic system landscapes.
• Define the target architecture for the B2B microservice landscape.
• Collaborate on architectural runways and conceptualize required enablers with Scrum teams and stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and provide technical guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Expertise in ServiceNow, especially ITSM, with knowledge of ITOM and CSM.
• At least 7 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in IT solution design or architecture.
• Specialized expertise in Order Management for telecommunications, product inventory, and TMF (Tele-Management Forum).
• Operational experience with agile methods, specifically SAFe.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Must be based in Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.
