Salary: Starting from EUR 3,812.27 per month, after tax and before 12.99% social security deductions, plus additional benefits.

What you will do
- Support predoctoral fellows and supervisors as the first point of contact for International PhD Programme matters.
- Administer contracts, monitor academic requirements, and assist with university registration.
- Maintain online recruitment and student management platforms.
- Promote the PhD programme through recruitment campaigns, social media, websites, and brochures.
- Prepare statistics, meeting minutes, and programme-related reports.
- Organise trainings and events while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- PhD in the Life Sciences or at least three years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, service orientation, and timely execution.
- Professional proficiency in English and the ability to work effectively in an international team.
Nice to have
- Experience in human resources, database administration, higher education marketing, survey design, or data analysis.
- Fluency in written and spoken German or other languages, especially French, Italian, or Spanish.
