What you will do

• Lead the Training Coordinator and oversee daily training planning and scheduling operations.
• Manage and improve the training schedule process, coordinating capacity and delivery requirements.
• Define training methodologies, effectiveness checks, and monitoring processes.
• Maintain training records and ensure they meet Quality Management System standards.
• Review and update training work instructions and SOPs in line with regulatory requirements.
• Track and develop departmental KPIs while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active CCP – Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas, formerly CAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Sciences, Human Resources Management, or a relevant technical field.
• At least 1 year of direct leadership or coordinator management experience with training teams and schedules.
• At least 1 year of experience designing, implementing, and auditing training methodologies and effectiveness frameworks.
• Fluent English and fluent Portuguese required.
• Strong organization, communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Quality Management System platforms.
• Previous experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence, Jira, or Zoom.
