Part Time - Clinical Robot Associate (Robotics)

Location: Onsite in Los Angeles, California, United States; local candidates willing to work onsite are required. The role averages 2–3 eight-hour overnight shifts per week, including varying shifts, weekends, and significant holidays.

Salary: $20.00 per hour, approximately $1,280 per month based on the minimum schedule of two eight-hour shifts per week.

What you will do

• Monitor and safely assist mobile service robots in hospital environments.
• Collect operational data and troubleshoot unexpected real-world situations during shifts.
• Provide detailed and accurate feedback to engineering teams through documentation and communication.
• Support hospital staff and occasionally communicate with the public about robot operation.
• Prioritize customer experience and help establish scalable operational processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer-service, written, and verbal communication skills, including de-escalation.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks, work independently, and make quick decisions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability for overnight shifts, varying schedules, weekends, and significant holidays is required.
• Employment depends on obtaining vendor credentials, including immunizations, a background check, and a drug screen.
