Robot Service Technician Assistant (Robotics)

What you will do

• Prepare robot hardware and software for daily deployment.
• Charge robots and batteries overnight to maintain fleet readiness.
• Clean robots and protect sensitive external hardware.
• Perform basic mechanical repairs, calibrations, and wheel alignment.
• Support fleet-wide hardware and software service campaigns.
• Act as the hands-on field contact for remote support coordinators and maintain an organized workshop.

Requirements

• Comfort working in varied field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.
• Team-oriented communication and collaboration skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• General computer literacy.
• Introductory experience or interest in electric vehicle service, automotive repair, or electronics.

Culture & Benefits

• Part-time weekend schedule covering Saturday and Sunday, typically about 16 hours per weekend.
