Salary: $169,100–$270,800 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Own enhancements and roadmaps for hirify.global’s Flex and Installments product portfolio across issuance and acceptance use cases.
• Develop end-to-end experiences for issuers, merchants, acquirers, processors, fintechs, and cardholders across checkout, wallets, tokenization, and BNPL flows.
• Write product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, API requirements, data models, and implementation documentation.
• Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Tokens, Platform Products, and regional teams to resolve trade-offs, dependencies, scalability, security, and resilience concerns.
• Lead initiatives from concept through launch while managing scope, timelines, technical debt, and cross-functional alignment.
• Monitor adoption and product performance, using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide optimization.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5 years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
• Product management experience in payments, fintech, commerce technology, or related technical domains.
• Strong understanding of tokenization, checkout flows, BNPL/installments, network processing, and the four-party payments model.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data flows, system interactions, technical documentation, and partner implementation guides.
• Ability to translate complex business needs and technical constraints into clear, testable product requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional delivery skills.

Nice to have

• At least 9 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 7 years with an advanced degree, or 3 years with a PhD.
• Experience delivering products at scale and supporting client discussions, solutioning, and implementation.
