What you will do

• Define, build, and maintain tools that improve the scale and efficiency of product development and validation.
• Support and enhance Linux sensor build and testing tools.
• Develop and improve automation and CI/CD tooling.
• Own improvements in Linux compatibility and product quality coverage.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams and globally distributed colleagues.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Python and at least 10 years of software development experience in Python and/or C/C++.
• Advanced knowledge of Jenkins development, operations, and debugging.
• Advanced experience designing and building test pipelines and strategies.
• Experience with multiple Linux distributions, kernel versions from 2.6.x through 7.x+, and production operating system combinations.
• Fluency with Linux CLI tools, including GNU and POSIX command-line utilities.
• At least 10 years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, or configuration management, plus a BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
