Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must have the right to live and work in the US. The role primarily operates within Central or Eastern US Time Zones, with occasional schedule flexibility required for collaboration across global regions.

What you will do
- Set the enterprise-wide Talent Management strategy, governance, and operating standards across global business portfolios.
- Advise senior leaders on workforce priorities, organizational risks, leadership capability, retention, and people-related impacts of strategic decisions.
- Lead global talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, employee experience, engagement surveys, and onboarding strategies.
- Translate talent, workforce, and organizational health data into actionable recommendations and systemic improvements.
- Lead change management, organizational design, transformation, DEIB, policy modernization, and compensation-related initiatives in partnership with relevant functions.
- Develop and inspire a global Talent Management team and represent the function in People & Culture and senior leadership forums.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to live and work in the United States.
- 8–10 years of HR experience, including HR generalist and business partnering experience.
- Experience with global employment practices, HR team management, change management, employee engagement, and employee relations.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong relationship building, collaboration, conflict resolution, coaching, feedback, problem-solving, and organizational culture skills.
