Logistics Project Manager (Renewable Energy)

What you will do

• Manage assigned logistics and supply chain projects from initiation through completion, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery execution.
• Own project budgets, cost models, supplier contracts, performance metrics, and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate transportation suppliers, contractors, procurement, carriers, brokers, forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee port operations, vessel discharge, storage, trucking, route surveys, route improvements, permits, and return logistics.
• Prepare customs documentation, commercial invoices, packing lists, reports, and shipment status updates.
• Manage supply chain risks, develop contingency plans, resolve roadblocks, and promote strict safety compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years of experience in transportation planning or project cargo.
• Strong project management, process analysis, data analysis, cost analysis, planning, scheduling, and resource allocation skills.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations, international and domestic transportation documentation, scopes of work, and MSA contracts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
• Must be able to work in Canada without company sponsorship, obtain a US passport, travel domestically and internationally, and hold a valid insurable driver’s license.

• Knowledge of rigging and lifting tooling.
• Spanish and/or German language skills.
