Logistics Project Manager (Renewable Energy): Leading end-to-end logistics and supply chain projects for clean power plant components with an accent on transportation planning, port operations, customs compliance, and cost optimization. Location: Onsite in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The role requires domestic and international travel, the ability to work in Canada without company sponsorship, the ability to obtain a US passport, and a valid driver’s license.

What you will do
- Manage assigned logistics and supply chain projects from initiation through completion, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery execution.
- Own project budgets, cost models, supplier contracts, performance metrics, and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate transportation suppliers, contractors, procurement, carriers, brokers, forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee port operations, vessel discharge, storage, trucking, route surveys, route improvements, permits, and return logistics.
- Prepare customs documentation, commercial invoices, packing lists, reports, and shipment status updates.
- Manage supply chain risks, develop contingency plans, resolve roadblocks, and promote strict safety compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years of experience in transportation planning or project cargo.
- Strong project management, process analysis, data analysis, cost analysis, planning, scheduling, and resource allocation skills.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations, international and domestic transportation documentation, scopes of work, and MSA contracts.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
- Must be able to work in Canada without company sponsorship, obtain a US passport, travel domestically and internationally, and hold a valid insurable driver’s license.

- Knowledge of rigging and lifting tooling.
- Spanish and/or German language skills.
