Location: Hybrid, based in North York, Ontario, or the National Distribution Center in Brampton, with 3 days on-site per week.

Salary: CAD 70,000 expected compensation.

What you will do

• Lead medium- to high-complexity Digital and IT projects and programs within Supply Chain from business case through successful close.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, resources, costs, timelines, and success criteria.
• Deliver enterprise platform implementations, including SAP and/or OMP, across complete project life cycles.
• Identify and remove roadblocks, mitigate risks, and manage issues throughout delivery.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–6 years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering technology implementations in Supply Chain.
• Experience delivering projects involving SAP and/or OMP, with at least 2–3 complete project life cycles.
• Ability to apply Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Canadian work experience is not required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Supply Chain data, analytics, or machine learning model implementations.
• Background in Consumer Packaged Goods or Manufacturing.
