What you will do

• Manage SKU and distribution-center inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.
• Create replenishment orders in SAP and manage stock transfers between customer ship-to locations.
• Coordinate inbound shipments, inventory deployment, product transitions, and vendor-managed inventory activities.
• Communicate with customers about stocking levels, seasonal demand, inventory risks, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Optimize full-truckload ordering, case-pick and cross-dock efficiency, and transportation costs.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare customer reports, and support projects that increase port-direct shipments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analytics, business intelligence, or operations research, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Deep knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, order management, logistics, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Power BI or Tableau, Excel, and analytical methods including KPI design, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Experience leading analytical teams, performance reviews, transformation initiatives, system implementations, and data-driven process improvement.
• Experience with SAP ERP and APO SNP; familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, or Oracle and with EDI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, with statistical analysis or engineering coursework preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, R, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar tools and methodologies.
• Experience supporting customer reviews and translating complex data into actionable business insights.
