What you will do

• Oversee incoming orders and coordinate requirements with internal stakeholders and customer locations.
• Collect and predict demand, then create operational plans for material delivery and customer-site services.
• Coordinate material availability and execute deliveries to local warehouses and customer sites.
• Monitor order progress, manage escalations, and drive end-to-end follow-up across logistics processes.
• Evaluate logistics performance, identify improvement opportunities, and lead projects that optimize processes and costs.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to planning and delivery initiatives.

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor's degree preferred, such as Business Administration or Supply Chain.
• Data analysis skills are required, including Excel, Power BI, or Spotfire.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, stakeholder relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently on processes with dependencies across teams and to operate under changing requirements.
