What you will do

• Lead collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to gather goals, KPIs, and product requirements.
• Translate product objectives into system, subsystem, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Create and maintain interface control documents covering subsystem and vehicle interactions.
• Assess requirement changes, estimate new features, and support conceptual design and documentation.
• Integrate safety goals and methodologies into product designs and assist with risk analysis.
• Lead design reviews and review test plans for traceability, compliance, and requirement alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of direct experience in requirements elicitation and generation.
• Experience with complex systems or subsystems across the product development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of design principles, hardware development, and requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS, Jama Connect, or Polarion.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and safety analyses such as HARA, STPA, and FMEA.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas, Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or related fields.
• INCOSE SEP or CPRE certification.
