Lead Producer (Live-Service Games)

Location: Full-time, on-site position five days a week at the Downtown Vancouver studio.

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year for candidates located in Vancouver.

What you will do

• Manage the Producer department across assigned game franchises and oversee department capacity, health, and performance.
• Support, represent, and develop project-focused Producers across multiple projects and studios.
• Partner with studio and business leadership on organizational structure, staffing goals, budgets, and department KPIs.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, one-on-ones, performance reviews, compensation planning, and conflict resolution.
• Establish team vision, accountability, collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning practices.
• Ensure live-service projects deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Requirements

• 12+ years of project management and operations leadership experience, preferably in the live-service game industry.
• 5+ years of experience with Jira and Confluence.
• 3+ years of recent experience leading development in multi-platform live-service environments.
• Proven experience managing and developing Producers or project managers at scale.
• Deep understanding of live-service business models, live operations strategy, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing large projects or multiple concurrent products, resource plans, budgets, and cross-functional communication.
