Game Producer (Live Operations)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; hybrid work environment

Base salary: $99,000–$129,000 per year for new hires; the full range is $99,000–$173,000 per year.

hirify.global manages the Pokémon property outside of Asia, including brand management, licensing, marketing, the Pokémon Trading Card Game, animated television, home entertainment, and the official Pokémon website.

What you will do

• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate production workflows with internal development teams.
• Drive sprint and milestone workflows, track progress, and surface risks early.
• Coordinate release readiness across builds, content, systems, and platforms.
• Organize incident response, including triage, escalation, stakeholder communication, and resolution tracking.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, operational runbooks, and stakeholder updates.
• Use operational data to improve release quality, service stability, and production workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in game production, live-service operations, release management, or technical production.
• Experience launching or operating a live game or online service.
• Understanding of game development lifecycles, incident response, build pipelines, and software releases.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, QA, and technical teams.
• Familiarity with mobile submission and release processes.
• Experience using Jira for task management, bug tracking, workflow organization, and reporting.

Nice to have

• Passion for making and playing games and awareness of current industry trends.
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to twice per year.
