Senior Technical Producer (Teamfight Tactics, Core Tech)

What you will do

• Run day-to-day production operations and development processes for complex technical teams.
• Lead projects involving multiple disciplines, teams, and organizational partners.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leads on technical product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Manage delivery plans, risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and stakeholder communication.
• Improve work systems, team performance metrics, delivery predictability, and goal setting.
• Assess team health and capacity, mentor producers, and improve development efficiency through simplification and standardization.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a Producer, Product Manager, or Development Manager on medium-to-large technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Experience independently leading complex technical projects with multiple teams, stakeholders, or dependencies.
• Experience with Agile and Lean development processes, team leadership, and technical product vision.
• Experience with engine capabilities, platform technology, or gameplay features.
• Expertise in Jira configuration, use, and limitations, with strong stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building software or tools for internal users.
• Game development experience or a strong understanding of how artists, engineers, and game designers build assets and features for modern games.
