Senior Producer (Game Development)

Location: Remote on a fully remote team

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 annually in California

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end production for game projects, features, and development teams.
• Translate creative vision into actionable development plans with creative, technical, and production leadership.
• Maintain roadmaps, milestones, schedules, dependencies, and priorities.
• Coordinate work across disciplines and ensure teams have the required information and resources.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, and resource constraints before they affect delivery.
• Manage development partners and publishers, provide progress reporting, and coach team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional game development experience in production or project management.
• Experience shipping at least three PC or console games in a senior production or leadership role.
• Experience managing a full game development lifecycle from start through launch and live support.
• Experience identifying, vetting, and overseeing external development or co-development partners.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies and the game development process.
• Strong communication, judgment, relationship management, coaching, and team leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with multiplatform development across consoles, mobile, and VR.
• Experience with Early Access, multiplayer, live-service, or cross-platform games.
• Familiarity with console certification and platform requirements for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam, and Epic.
• Experience owning production for an entire game or major game feature.
• Experience working on licensed products.
