Producer 2 (Game Production)

Location: On-site five days a week at the Downtown Vancouver studio.

Salary: CAD 90,000–118,000 per year, with the listed range specific to candidates located in Vancouver.

What you will do

• Own project roadmaps, release schedules, budgets, resource strategies, and delivery across development phases.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and conflicts involving schedules, staffing, technology, and design.
• Design workflows and approval processes aligned with agile and live-service development cadences.
• Partner with stakeholders and team leads to manage scope, quality, KPIs, and phase-gate reviews.
• Mentor Producers, support skill development, and help maintain team capacity, health, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or project management certification focused on Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years of project management experience in entertainment and/or software development.
• 2+ years in a leadership role with people management experience.
• Experience configuring and operating Jira and resource management tools.
• Deep understanding of the games-as-a-service model, live operations cadences, and all major game development phases.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across organizational levels.
