Salary: $206,000–$316,000 annual base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead a team of two professionals across technical accounting and financial reporting.
• Own the preparation and execution of U.S. GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosures.
• Interpret FASB and SEC updates, research complex transactions, and prepare technical accounting memoranda.
• Maintain corporate accounting policies and oversee non-revenue technical accounting, including leases, internal-use software, investments, EPS, and foreign exchange risk management.
• Build and optimize the SOX compliance framework, including risk assessment, controls, testing, remediation, and documentation.
• Partner with external auditors and lead special projects such as IPO readiness, accounting standard implementation, system migrations, process automation, and AI-enabled reporting improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA license or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years of relevant experience and demonstrated team leadership.
• Proficiency in U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Public accounting experience, such as Big Four, combined with in-house experience at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Ability to work in the office at least three days per week at one of the listed U.S. locations.
