Salary: $150,000–$239,200 USD

What you will do
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes for the Americas region ensuring US GAAP compliance.
- Strengthen the internal control environment and ensure full alignment with SOX requirements.
- Modernize accounting workflows by automating manual processes and leveraging Oracle ERP and AI tools.
- Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide actionable financial insights.
- Manage external audit deliverables and anticipate audit requirements to ensure smooth cycles.
- Coach and develop a team of accounting professionals to build long-term capability and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong command of US GAAP and SOX compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience managing or supporting external audits.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- CPA license.
- Experience in a multinational consumer products or manufacturing company.
- Proficiency with Oracle ERP systems.
- Experience scaling accounting functions in high-growth environments.
