Network Engineer

TL;DR

Network Engineer: Building and maintaining reliable, scalable network infrastructure for broadcast and media production facilities with an accent on Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto firewall deployments. Focus on implementing network policies, supporting 24/7 on-air production environments, and utilizing automation tools for infrastructure management.

Location: Must be based in Miramar, Florida. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Configure, deploy, and support network infrastructure including Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Implement and manage firewall policies using Panorama.
• Support 24/7 production on-air network infrastructure through on-call rotations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and network diagrams.
• Manage cloud network configurations for AWS and Azure environments.
• Collaborate with the team to deploy networks at scale using automation tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in network engineering with Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto, and F5.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure network configurations.
• Proficiency in implementing firewall policies on Palo Alto.
• Ability to participate in 24/7 operational on-call rotations.
• Must be able to work from the office in Miramar, Florida, at least 4 days per week.
• Experience with technical documentation and diagramming.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Enterprise and Service Provider networking protocols (BGP, MPLS, OSPF, Multicast).
• Experience with network automation tools like Ansible and version control systems like Git.
• Ability to analyze network logs for troubleshooting production issues.
