What you will do

• Conduct due diligence on private equity funds and investment managers.
• Review fund reports, financial statements, and portfolio company performance.
• Assess market opportunities, financing needs, long-term viability, and exit options.
• Participate in deal meetings covering pricing, structuring, and negotiation tactics.
• Manage quarterly and annual portfolio reporting.
• Prepare investment analyses and presentations for the Investment Committee.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in secondary private equity, investment banking, or private equity.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, projection, and valuation skills.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and capital structures.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Undergraduate education in accounting, finance, economics, or business management preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with private equity or principal investing, mergers and acquisitions, or leveraged finance.
