Salary: $120,000–$161,000 per year for Los Angeles/California.

What you will do
- Support the development and execution of separate account investment strategies and portfolio business plans.
- Monitor portfolio and property-level performance and provide recommendations on acquisitions, leasing, valuations, capital expenditures, financing, and dispositions.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual client reporting, including board materials, annual reports, and presentations.
- Assist with capital calls, client requests, strategic investment planning, and portfolio forecasting.
- Build and maintain analytics covering performance, diversification, risk, and compliance with investment objectives.
- Review financial structures and partnership waterfalls for compliance with governing documents and investment guidelines.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required; 5–7 years of relevant experience in portfolio or fund management, asset management, real estate investments, acquisitions, underwriting, financing, accounting, or appraisal.
- Strong understanding of institutional real estate investments and portfolio management principles.
- Advanced financial analysis skills, including forecasting, valuation concepts, and financial statement analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing professional client and stakeholder reports and presentations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Argus required.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, collaborative, and able to provide thoughtful recommendations.
Nice to have
- MBA, CFA, or another advanced investment-related designation.
- Familiarity with Yardi.
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and other productivity tools.
