Client Experience Associate (Investly)

Location: Hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street in Toronto, with relocation to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway expected around 2026. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: CAD 79,000–96,000 total annual cash compensation, including base salary and target bonus.

What you will do

• Support prospects during product evaluation by answering industry and application questions and providing approved educational content.
• Guide clients through onboarding, identify standard issues, and provide troubleshooting support.
• Provide technical support for Android and iOS devices and application-related problems using established FAQs and debugging procedures.
• Log suspected application bugs for tracking by the software team.
• Collect qualitative user feedback and represent client pain points in product planning discussions.
• Escalate sales-process and servicing issues according to established policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of required experience in financial services, back-office operations, sales, or client support.
• Required experience working with metrics and data-driven organizations in client-facing roles.
• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, active listening, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain positive and professional in challenging customer situations.
• Current authorization to work in Canada is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital products.
• French bilingualism.
