What you will do

• Develop and maintain Splunk dashboards for system performance, reliability, and operational trends.
• Build Python-based logging and telemetry tools to collect, transform, and forward data.
• Collaborate with software and hardware engineers to define metrics and reporting requirements.
• Analyze operational data and create reports for engineering teams.
• Learn embedded hardware systems and the sources of telemetry and logging data.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience writing Python for data analysis, automation, reporting, or software development.
• Knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Availability to work from the North Reading office at least three days per week.
• Visa sponsorship is not available, and relocation is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with version control, automated build and release pipelines, or AI-assisted coding.
