Salary: $101,500–$188,500 USD

What you will do

• Design and develop embedded software for IEEE 802.15.4 networking solutions across SoC and host architectures.
• Implement multiprotocol solutions integrating OpenThread, Zigbee, Bluetooth LE, and Wi-Fi.
• Debug embedded applications using JTAG, GDB, and logic analyzers in ARM-based environments.
• Troubleshoot Linux-based host applications and networking stacks.
• Create and execute comprehensive unit tests to ensure software reliability.
• Mentor interns and junior engineers while contributing to CI/CD workflows and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field required.
• 6 to 8 years of professional experience in C/C++ embedded software development.
• Strong experience with bare-metal and RTOS-based systems.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Experience with IEEE 802.15.4 networking technologies like OpenThread or Zigbee.
• Strong debugging skills in ARM-based environments and Linux-based host applications.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, and Docker.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zephyr RTOS and multiprotocol networking applications.
• Familiarity with Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA) certification processes.
• Experience using simulated hardware environments like Renode.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD architecture and automation.
