Salary: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers to support the project development lifecycle including planning, requirements design, building, testing, and delivery.
• Design, develop, and enhance engineering solutions to solve complex technical problems.
• Implement tests, perform analysis, and generate detailed test reports with plots and evaluation criteria.
• Ensure all products meet the hirify.global Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001:2015, and specific customer requirements.
• Work with task leads and developers on manufacturing processes and test equipment.

Requirements

• Enrolled in an accredited full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program in Science, Technology, or Engineering.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently or within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with software development and testing using C, C#, or Python.
• Proficiency with Power BI and familiarity with systems for data analysis.
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, including root cause analysis and corrective action.
